Teachers, caregivers, nurses, therapists, arts instructors, respite care organizations, agencies, and other qualified providers can apply to be reviewed for the Hope Care Connect provider network. Provider applications are free during launch; background checks are $40.00 when required. Future monthly provider or organization subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Organizations
Respite care groups, agencies, and community organizations can apply with a program contact and service details.
Review
Hope can review credentials, references, background check readiness, the $40.00 screening fee, and service fit.
Connect
Approved providers may be included in the provider network for families to request privately.
